Donor Opportunities

As our community involvement continues to evolve, we would like to recognize the organizations that are partnering with the PEF to support our mission and further our goal of R.A.I.S.I.N.G.- Resources for Achievement & Innovation to Support, Inspire, and Nourish Greatness for all Students in the Peekskill City School District.   

We would like to thank all the organizations that have shown us support thus far, and hope that others are encouraged to join our collaborative efforts to provide our Schools with additional resources to support their academic and socio-emotional achievement.  

Thank you for your support and we look forward to a great partnership working together on behalf of the students. We have put together four levels of donors for your organization to choose from, as listed below:

Platinum Level (Donations: $2,000+)

• Your organization will be recognized as a platinum level donor on the PEF website for a period of twelve months from the 1st of the month following the date of receipt of the donation.

• Your organization will be recognized as a platinum level donor at all of our annual events for a period of twelve months from the date of receipt of the donation and have exclusive access to our events.

• Your logo will be prominently displayed on PEF’s website and on marketing materials for a period of twelve months from the 1st of the month following the date of receipt of the donation.  

• As a platinum donor, you will be entitled to preferential access to all lower tiered donors regarding placement and orientation of your logo on PEF’s website and brochures for one fiscal year.

Donation Policy

All funds donated to the PEF go directly towards our annual fundraising project. Ear-marked donations for a specific purpose are accepted on a case by case basis, after review by the Board. To sponsor a specific project, please contact us to discuss the terms.

Gold Level (Donations: $1,000 - $2,000)

• Your organization will be recognized as a gold level donor on the PEF website for a period of twelve months from the 1st of the month following the date of receipt of the donation.

• Your organization will be recognized as gold donor at all of our annual events for a period of twelve months from receipt of the donation.

• PEF, in its sole discretion, reserves its right to use your name/logo on promotional materials for a period of twelve months from the date of receipt of the donation.

Silver Level (Donations: $500 - $999)

• Your organization will be recognized as a silver donor on the PEF website for a period of twelve months from the 1st of the month following the date of receipt of the donation.

• Your organization will be recognized as a silver donor at one event for the twelve month period in which your donation is received.  PEF reserves its right to choose the event that your organization will be recognized as a silver donor.   

• PEF, in its sole discretion, reserves its right to include your logo on promotional materials for a period of twelve months from the  1st of the month following the date of receipt of the donation.

Supporter Level (Donations: up to $499)

• Your organization will be recognized as a “supporting donor” on the PEF website for a period of twelve months from the 1st of the month following the date of receipt of the donation. 

• PEF, in its sole discretion, reserves its right to use your name/logo on promotional materials for a period of twelve months from the date of receipt of the donation.

Note:

The PEF is forever grateful for all of its donors.  As the PEF is a non-profit organization, please understand that any donations made herein shall not automatically entitle the donor to free ad space - absent those provided for in your donation tier.  Specifically, in the event the PEF hosts a fundraising opportunity in anticipation of an event wherein the public is permitted to purchase ad space (i.e. placemats, signs, t-shirts, etc), donors will similarly be required to purchase ad space should they desire.
