Teachers and District Staff can apply for grant money from The Peekskill Education Foundation via a 2 phase application process. All applications are reviewed by the Grants Committee based on seven criteria of evaluation. Once an application has been chosen to advance to the second phase, the applicant will receive the Phase II application via email.

*Phase I Applications for 2019-2020 school year are due on October 15, 2019

*Phase I Applications for 2020-2021 school year are due on March 15, 2020

2019-2020 School Year Deadlines

Phase I Application Deadline- October 15th, 2019
Phase I Decision Notification Deadline- November 15th, 2019
Phase II Application Deadline- December 15th, 2019
Phase II Approval Notification Deadline- January 15th, 2020
2019-2020 Fund Dispersal on or about February 1st, 2020

2020-2021 School Year Deadlines

Phase I Application Deadline- March 15th, 2020
Phase I Decision Notification Deadline- May 1st, 2020
Phase II Application Deadline- June 1st, 2020
Phase II Approval Notification Deadline- July 1st, 2020
2019-2020 Fund Dispersal on or about September 2020

Please save the application to your computer and rename it with your project’s name and the academic year it is for.  Type your answers directly into the document and then save it using the new name.

 All proposals must be discussed with and approved by your Principal/Supervisor.  Once your application is completed and signed by your principal, you may submit your application to grants@thepeekskilleducationfoundation.org
